How to report a listing

If you have a good faith opinion that one of our vendors has violated your intellectual property rights, you may proceed as follows: The Intellectual Property rights owner or an authorized agent must supply the following information and send it to infringement@kpsexport.com. The following information should be included in the email.

  • Identification or description of the infringed copyrighted work/trademark.
  • Clear identification or description of where the material you claim is infringing can be found on www.kpsexport.com, together with sufficient details. Product identifiers / website addresses of infringing items (in case of copyright infringement).
  • (Please keep in mind that Kpsexport is unable to process requests that do not include accurate product IDs or URLs. Please do not include links to explore pages or search query URLs because these pages are dynamic and their contents change over time).
  • Your address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement from you indicating you have a good faith conviction that the use of the complained-about material is not authorized by the copyright or intellectual property owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement from you stating that the information in your notification is correct and that you are the copyright or intellectual property owner or have the authority to act on their behalf.
  • Symbol (in case of Trademark infringement)
  • Specifics about the infringed intellectual property (Provide copyrighted images or trademark certificates as attachments)
